WINEMAKING
Each variety is fermented separately. Fermentation of the must with the skins at a temperature no higher than 27�C for about 8 days. This ensures that a good polyphenolic structure is obtained, retaining each variety's personality.
TASTING NOTES
Maroon colour with a very intense robe. Intense, complex nose recalling eucalyptus and mint, with spicy touches (pepper). Very tasty in the mouth, rather well-structured, balanced and rich in spicy notes. Flavourful, persistent aftertaste with fruity notes.
