^WINEMAKING

^{Each variety is fermented separately. Extraction of the mosto flor, or first must, and controlled fermentation at 15�C to preserve the aromatic qualities of each variety.}

^{TASTING NOTES}

^{Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, clear and brilliant. Intensely fruity nose (green apple, pineapple) with spicy notes. Pleasant, balanced taste, persistent on the palate and with a long aftertaste. At its best in the first year.}
